The Myat Guarantee

MYAT, Inc. guarantees all equipment supplied to be free from defect in materials and workmanship, for a period of 2 years, from time of shipment. This guarantee is valid only for equipment properly maintained in a thoughtful and conscientious manner according to procedures consistent with industry recognized good practice. MYAT assumes no liability whatsoever for consequential, contingent or incidental damages, either implied or given, including, and without limitation, loss of airtime and/or warranties of merchantability.
