NEW Reliability and Performance Standard set with new MYAT Coaxial Transfer Switch

APRIL 14, 2006 NORWOOD, NJ - Myat achieves a new reliability and performance standard with the introduction of its new Coaxial Transfer Switch, the Catalog # 301-180-X-series which is ideal for all broadcast applications such as FM & AM Radio or VHF & UHF TV.

This series utilizes a high quality motor and a meticulously engineered drive movement to provide consistent operation to attain a new level of consistent dependability.

High isolation and low VSWR across all the broadcast frequency bands provides excellent electrical performance. Additionally, precision fit silver-plated and tellurium copper current paths insure maximum power handling capacity, low loss, and long service life.

Broadcasters can configure the switch drive for either 120 VAC or 240 VAC. Plus, the control can be either 12 VDC or 24 VDC. In case of power loss, the switch will remain in position once power is restored. There is also a manual override that can be performed when AC power is disconnected.

You can get a close up look at the new Myat Coaxial Transfer Switch at this year’s NAB Show in the Myat booth located in Central Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center at booth # C817. Stop by to check out the Myat product line and register to win an iPod Nano.
