LOWPASS PROTOTYPE, Inc.
AUGUST
31st, 2001 NORWOOD, NJ - MYAT, Inc.,
announced today the signing of a definitive agreement to acquire privately
held LOWPASS PROTOTYPE, Inc., of Raymond, Maine. The sale will close
in early September.
LOWPASS
PROTOTYPE designs and manufactures custom filters, multiplexers, power
combiners/dividers, and couplers for the broadcast television, radio,
and wireless marketplace. LOWPASS PROTOTYPE has unmatched design
capabilities and plenty of industry know-how. It will be an excellent
fit with MYAT, said the companys President, Philip Cindrich.
This
move allows MYAT to offer our customers more complete solutions, and
access to true cutting-edge filter technology, continued Cindrich.
Over the past fifty years our customers have come to expect from
MYAT the finest rigid transmission line systems and components available.
Now, we are pleased to be able to provide filters and other passive
components to these same high standards.
